GENERAL INFORMATION
What is your lead time?
Production lead time depends on a scope of an order. Small orders usually take 3-5 weeks whereas large orders may take up to 20 weeks. A small, but a fully equipped gym, will usually take 12-16 weeks.
How long will it take to deliver after an order has been completed?
Shipping depends on the type of the chosen freight (AIR 7-10 days), (SEA 30-45 days).
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB,CFR,CIF,EXW,FAS,CIP,FCA,CPT,DEQ,DDP,DDU,Express Delivery,DAF,DES；
Does the equipment require assembly?
Most of our products do not require assembly. If a product requires an assembly, you will be sent a manual.
Where can I find your equipment’s dimensions?
All dimensions and other product’s details can be found in the catalog. Additionally,You can contact us to customize the product you need.
Can you help with space/gym design?
We can prepare a visualization for you, once we establish what exactly you would like to have, please let us know.
We prepare our equipment for individual orders, therefore each project is unique and suited to individual preferences and requirements.
We can have the designers look at your floor plan and propose some equipment. Please provide a .dwg file.
Do you provide a Trade Discount?

How can I pay?
There are a couple of ways to make a payment:

Accepted Payment Type: T/T,L/C,D/P D/A,Credit Card,Cash;
What are the Warranty Terms?
Warranty is granted for 24 months. Except when the equipment is used in commercial environment – in this case the Warranty is granted for a period of 12 months. Please find the Warranty Card here.
